These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Mentech3D, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

Mentech3D sells 3D printed lamps three ways: a ready-made catalog, automatic quotes generated from a model file you upload, and a browser-based lamp shade designer whose output is also priced and printed to order.

2. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed through our website and paid for online.
• Payment is collected through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway.
• Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of order and are subject to change for future orders.
• Quotes from an uploaded model or the shade designer are automatic estimates, valid for a limited time, and are locked in once you place an order.

3. Your Uploaded Models and Designs

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any 3D model you upload or design using our tools. You confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission to have it printed, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property or violate any law.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website to:

• Upload or request the printing of unlawful, unsafe, or infringing content
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the platform

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep our website and quote tools available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as the service depends on third-party infrastructure providers (hosting and database services) outside our direct control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mentech3D's liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
