Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how your lamp is printed, dispatched, and delivered after your order is confirmed.

1. Dispatch Timeline

Lamps from our ready-made collection are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Custom orders — from an uploaded model or the shade designer — are printed to order and may take a little longer, typically 5–10 working days, depending on size and complexity. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India via courier. For delivery outside India, message us on WhatsApp before ordering to confirm feasibility and any additional charges.

3. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including your correct pincode. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

4. Delivery Confirmation

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch, please message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we'll look into it right away.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your lamp arrives damaged, or with incorrect details due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a reprint and replacement at no additional cost.
