Mentech3D started the way most obsessions do — with a machine humming in the corner of a room, and someone who couldn't stop feeding it new ideas. Ours was a 3D printer, and the smell of warm PLA plastic that never quite left the house.

We're a 3D printing and prototyping studio based in Vadodara, Gujarat, designing and printing everything ourselves — no outsourced factories, no middlemen. Custom parts, working prototypes, one-off replacements for something that broke, or a whole product idea that only exists in someone's head so far — if it can be modeled, we can probably print it.

Lamps are where a lot of that curiosity landed first. They sit at the intersection of everything we care about — precise geometry, warm light, and objects that feel like someone actually made them, because someone did. Our lamp collection is still very much a part of who we are; it's just not the whole of it anymore.

Custom printing and prototyping is the wider offer.

Some people already know exactly what they want — a model they've designed themselves, a part that needs replacing, a prototype for something they're building. So alongside the lamp collection, we built two more doors into the same workshop: upload your own model and we'll quote it automatically, or shape a custom lamp shade right in your browser and watch it come together in real time before it's ever printed.

Every one of those paths runs through one small studio. We print, pack, and ship every order ourselves, and we're still the ones answering the phone when something needs fixing.
